Check your inbox (or spam box) for the password reset email message.
Change Password in website
Step 1
Login to website client page: https://privatevpn.com/account/login
Step 2
Proceed to Settings: https://privatevpn.com/settings
Step 3
Enter your current password and your preferred password.
Click Save Changes.
