Step 2
Enter your registered email address.
Click Request New Password button.
Step 3
Check your inbox (or spam box) for the password reset email message.
Change Password in website
Step 1
Login to website client page: https://privatevpn.com/account/login
Step 2
Proceed to Settings: https://privatevpn.com/settings
Step 3
Enter your current password and your preferred password.
Click Save Changes.

Go to PrivateVPN Support page: https://privatevpn.com/support
Then click on the messenger icon at the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 2
Click Send us a message.
Step 3
Choose Billing.
Step 4
Enter your PrivateVPN registered email address.
Then type your password reset request on the message box.
Click the button with the up arrow to send.
